REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to info@whiedahealth.com.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
You are allowed to open the packaging and inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical retail store address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS], in order to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
However:

The product must not show signs of use beyond inspection.

The original packaging must not be torn, destroyed, or irreversibly damaged.

If the packaging is damaged during opening, the return request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be refused if the product cannot be resold.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the condition of the product or packaging exceeds what is reasonably necessary for inspection.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Health Protection)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the following items cannot be returned once used, for health protection and hygiene reasons:

Neck, knee, back, or lumbar support belts

Body wraps, shawls, or palantines
-
Bedding products, including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and similar items
These products are considered personal-use items.
Once they have been used or show signs of use, they are not eligible for return, even within the 14-day withdrawal period.
This restriction applies only after use. Unused items may still be eligible for return subject to the conditions above.
Gift cards and custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@whiedahealth.com.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided during the return authorization process.
Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@whiedahealth.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, in accordance with EU law.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
