Shipping Coverage

WHIEDA Health ships orders to the European Union and selected international destinations.

Shipping availability, carriers, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination country.


Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination, we select the most reliable and suitable carrier for each shipment.

We work with the following carriers, among others:

  • DHL

  • DPD

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Packeta

  • Omniva

The choice of carrier is made at our discretion based on destination, reliability, delivery speed, and operational conditions.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed as follows:

  • Items in stock at our office warehouse are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Items not currently in stock are ordered from an international warehouse. In such cases, additional processing time of 5–15 business days may apply before dispatch.

Order processing times do not include shipping transit time.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on:

  • the selected carrier

  • destination country

  • customs procedures (if applicable)

  • external factors beyond our control

All delivery timeframes provided on the website or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

WHIEDA Health is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • customs clearance

  • weather conditions

  • force majeure events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.


Risk of Loss

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply.

Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
