Magic FOHERB 3.0 is a multi-function massage device. The kit includes:

• Main device unit — 4-mode massager (microcurrent / vacuum / warmth / red light)
• Conductive gloves — for full-hand microcurrent massage

• FOHERB Herbal Massage Cream — improves glide and conductivity and conditions the skin

Simple to use, on yourself or with a helper:

1. Make sure the skin in the target area is clean and dry.
2. Apply the massage cream, then position the device or electrode pads on the area as shown in the manual.
3. Select the mode and start on the lowest intensity, increasing gradually to a comfortable level.
4. Use for 15-30 minutes per session, moving slowly over the muscles.
5. Apply the recovery cream afterwards if you wish.
6. Do not use on broken skin, over the heart, on the head or throat.

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, during pregnancy, or with a health condition, without first consulting your doctor.

Magic FOHERB 3.0 is designed to make an at-home massage deeper and more relaxing than hands alone, by combining four modes that can be used on their own or one after another:

• Microcurrent (impulse) — delivers gentle low-level electrical pulses that give a muscle-relaxing massage sensation, reaching muscle layers that surface massage doesn't easily reach.
• Vacuum (cupping-style) — uses controlled suction to recreate the feel of traditional cupping and Gua Sha massage.
• Warmth — adds gentle, localised heat for a relaxing, deep-massage feel.
• Red light — a light mode that rounds out the wellness routine.

The Eastern massage tradition

The approach is inspired by acupuncture and meridian massage in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where touch and stimulation along the body are used to support a sense of relaxation and balance.
