FAQ
What does the gel feel like on the skin?
It has a lightweight, non-greasy texture that absorbs relatively quickly, with a gentle warming sensation from the natural borneol and camphor. This warming feel is normal.
How is it meant to be used with the Wentong device?
Apply the gel to clean skin (typically the feet) before using the device. It improves skin contact and conductivity and leaves the skin hydrated. Follow the device's own instructions for use.
What is Dong Quai?
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) is one of the most widely used herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine, often called 'female ginseng'. In that tradition it is associated with circulation and women's wellness. We share this as cultural context; here it is used as a skin-caring botanical.
Can I use this during pregnancy?
No. The formula contains Dong Quai, which is traditionally avoided during pregnancy. Do not use this product during pregnancy without consulting your healthcare provider.
Is it safe for the face?
This is formulated as a body gel. Unless the label states it is suitable for the face, apply to body areas only and avoid contact with the eyes.
Is this a medicine?
No. It is a cosmetic warming body gel for external use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
