A simple warming routine:

1. Make sure the skin in the area is clean and dry.
2. Hold the device near the area as shown in the manual, or rest it lightly against the skin.
3. Use slow, sweeping or circular movements.
4. Start with sessions of about 5–10 minutes and build up to about 20 minutes per area, once a day or a few times a week.
5. Do not use on broken skin, open wounds or over areas of a known tumour.
