A simple, relaxing sauna routine:

1. Set up the sauna in a well-ventilated room, away from water.
2. Plug in and preheat to a comfortable temperature (typically 40–60 °C).
3. Sit inside with your head outside the enclosure.
4. Start with sessions of about 15–20 minutes and increase gradually as it feels comfortable.
5. Drink water before, during and after your session.
6. Afterwards, cool down naturally and take a lukewarm shower.
7. Use a few times a week, as you like.
