Getting started:

1. Connect the device to the power supply; the red indicator lights up when it is ready.
2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to start; the blue indicator lights up.
3. Press the speed button for speed level 1, and again for level 2.
4. Fit the terahertz, aromatherapy or gyromagnetic attachment. For aromatherapy, add a few drops of pure essential oil to the pad.
5. Guide the device slowly over the chosen area; start with shorter sessions and build up gradually.
6. To turn off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds (shutdown can take a few seconds), then unplug.

Do not use the gyromagnetic tube if you have a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator or any electronic implant. Not for use during pregnancy, with an active tumour or a fever, or over broken skin. If you have a heart condition, diabetes, reduced heat sensitivity or any health condition, consult your doctor before use. Use only pure essential oils. Stop if you feel any discomfort.
