Fabric composition:

• 38.9% polyester fibre (tourmaline)
• 34.4% cotton
• 26.7% elastane

The fibre contains bamboo charcoal particles. Country of origin: China.

1. Choose your size by waist circumference: M 75–80 cm, L 85–95 cm, XL 95–105 cm, XXL 105–115 cm.
2. Place the belt on your lower back and fasten it so that it fits snugly but comfortably.
3. For extra warmth, put a mugwort sachet or a mineral heat pack into the pocket.
4. Wear it at home, at work, while resting or during physical activity.
5. Drink enough water, especially in the first days of use.

Safety: not for use during pregnancy, with a fever or on damaged skin. People with a pacemaker or hyperthyroidism should consult a doctor. Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

Tourmaline fibre

Tourmaline is a natural mineral. Woven into the polyester fibre, it keeps warmth close to the body; according to the manufacturer, the fibre emits far-infrared rays in the 4–14 µm range.

3D magnetic support strip

Two magnetic granules and four support rods with 14 granules inside form a strip that follows the natural curve of the spine for a snug, stable fit.

Ergonomic and breathable

Thin, elastic and resilient, the belt fits closely without bulk. Cotton and bamboo charcoal fibre keep it soft, breathable and fresh during long wear.
