Our Story

WHIEDA Health was founded on a simple belief: that effective wellness should draw on the best of both worlds - the accumulated wisdom of traditional health systems and the rigor of modern science.

Our journey began with a fascination with Traditional Chinese Medicine, and specifically with how ancient practices like moxibustion, herbal medicine, and meridian-based therapies could be understood and enhanced through contemporary materials science and biophysics. We saw an opportunity to make these benefits accessible in practical, everyday products - not only in clinics or specialist settings.

The WHIEDA name reflects our commitment to this dual heritage: products that carry the intelligence of centuries-old wellness traditions, re-engineered for the demands and lifestyle of the modern world.

Based in Estonia and serving customers across Europe and beyond, we curate and develop wellness products across three core areas: functional wellness textiles and devices powered by far infrared and negative ion technology; the FOHERB line of traditional herbal supplements; and targeted solutions for women’s health, healthy aging, and biohacking at home.
